Veho Outlet Shop is a business and operates normal office hours Mon - Fri 9 - 5pm. We can only respond to questions during this time. Unfortunately, as we have secure warehouse we cannot allow customer collections or drop off’s. Please note that Northern Ireland & Channel Islands will attract a delivery surcharge.

 

 

Delivery

 

In most cases your item will be dispatched the same day it is ordered (up to 2.00pm). We do allow up to 2 working days for dispatch of your item for DHL and Royal Mail collection delays and/or any postal strikes. If item is shipped via DHL you will receive a DHL tracking email when item is dispatched.

 

 

Returns*

 

We offer a no quibble 7 day returns policy with all our items, however the item needs to be returned within 7 days from receipt and complete with all original packing (undamaged), leads, accessories etc…

...basically the condition it arrived to you in. We do not pay or reimburse for return postage or collection costs under any circumstances.

Faulty items

 

With all items sold we offer a minimum 30 day breakdown warranty. This covers mechanical faults only and not customer mis-use issues such as accidentally dropping it. (Your household contents insurance will cover this). Should you wish to raise a return for a faulty item or unwanted item (within 7 days) please contact us through the eBay portal and we will inform you of the procedure to follow. Upon receipt back we will test the product and if confirmed faulty we will issue a credit or replacement.
