How To Order

Payment & Shipping

• Please measure the exact size of your headrail (including the end
  control sets and the chain wheel if there is one) and then roughly measure the drop of your window. This is so we can make the cord and chain to the correct length. (Please click on the "Measuring & Fitting" link above for a diagram if required)
• Select the required headrail length from the selection above.
• The cost of your track will then be displayed.
• Complete the checkout process. 
• During Paypal checkout please leave a message with the information outlined below. Alternatively you can  send us a message through
  ebay or e-mail with the information. Unfortunatley we cannot accept measurements by phone.

      Required Information

• Exact Headrail Length
• Approximate drop of the window
• The size of slats that will be hung on the headrail, either 89mm(3.5" or 127mm (5")
• Which side you would like the controls on, either left or right
• Which side you would like the slats to stack when drawn back (right, left or split in the middle so that half the slats go to one side and half to the other).
• For Example;
  Track: 1567mm,
  Drop: 1200mm,
  Slats: 89mm,
  Control: Right,
  Stack: Split
• Please let us know if you would like a child safe cord weight, which attaches to the wall in order to keep cords and chains out of reach   of children. If not a standard freehanging cord weight will be  supplied.

We Currently only accept Payal as a payment method.
Items will be dispatched within 2 working days if payment has been recieved by 1pm and a next working day courier courier will be used for headrails longer than 1400mm. Headrails shorter than this will usually be dispatched by Royal Mail 3-5 Working Day Service. Please note most orders placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until the tuesday.

We will send the order via the requested postage method however the seller cannot be responsible for postage delays as this is out of our control and refunds will not be given on this account. We endeavour to obtain confirmation of postage whenever possible .

Child Safety is very important to us and we want to help you minimise the risk of freehanging cords. We supply simple devices which can keep cords and chains tidy and out of the way of children. Please visit our shop for the devices we have on offer. They are cheap and easy to fit. If you cannot see what you want then please contact us. If you are buying complete blinds or headrails then please notify us if you would like a free child safety device.

IMPORTANT Advice to Keep Children Safe

• Ensure blind operating cords and chains are out of reach of children.
• Move cots, beds and furniture away from blinds - children love to climb.
• If the above advice can not be implemented then fit a safety device to your blind. It only takes a few minutes.

In the case of made to measure blinds, returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or there has been an error by the seller. This is due to the fact that the blinds have been made to the customer's specific requirements and can therefore not be resold. Colour and pattern size variartions may differ to the images shown due to technological differences with computer resolutions and graphics etc. Therefore we recommend that buyers request free fabric samples via phone or e-mail.

In the unlikely event that the product has a fault or the seller has made an error then the customer will be required to notify the seller as soon as possible and further instructions will be provided. Usually the buyer is requested to post the items back to the seller (postage costs will be refunded). When the seller has received and inspected the items a new order will be redistributed as per original dispatch and postage terms. Where possible we will endeavour to use the quickest methods possible.

For non made to measure items such as weights, chains, hangers etc then returns and exchanges are accepted however the costs of postage must be paid by the buyer.
