Payment can be made by any Credit or Debit card by PayPal only. Payment must be made within 24 hours of auction end.

Shipping

Dispatch times vary depending on the item. Small packets sent by Royal Mail are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 4.30pm, courier orders are usually sent the same working day if ordered before 2pm. Please see individual item pages for full details on dispatch times.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for UK deliveries. We use Royal Mail and FedEx for international deliveries. Shipping method will be displayed on the item page.

ALL items are sent by recorded delivery with no exceptions. A signature will be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available to sign for the package. Orders sent by courier (Parcelforce or FedEx) will only attempt delivery twice, if the package is undeliverable then it will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will apply.

Items sent by Royal Mail International Signed For can be tracked by Royal Mail then with the domestic postal service in the destination country once it has been scanned into their systems.

Please be aware that if you are importing an item from outside the EU you may be charged import taxes. These are the buyers responsibility and it is up to you to check with your local customs if any fees will be applied before purchase.

ALL items are physically inspected and tested by our engineers before dispatch. This ensures that all items we dispatch are free from cosmetic damage and are 100% operational. If you wish to return an item this is exactly how the item must be returned, so please take great care with your purchase.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. eBay require us to offer free postage but obviously we have to pay to ship items. Please contact us to find out the shipping cost of an individual item. Any refund made will be minus the price we paid to ship the item.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.

All return requests must be submitted through the eBay Resolution Centre, this is the only way we can deal with returns and process refunds. Any items returned which have not been confirmed through the eBay returns system will be refused and returned to sender.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked.

The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Faulty items under warranty must be returned to us for inspection. You are responsible for return shipping of faulty goods; we will cover the cost of shipping to return the repaired/replacement item to you.
