Yes. This is no problem as long as you contact us before our cut off to allow us time to make the changes. If you are too late you can always send the items back to us for a refund.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty garment?
Even though we take the greatest care when picking our orders, sometimes mistakes can be unavoidable. If you receive a faulty or incorrect dress please contact us to find an appropriate solution.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. We can deliver to a different address please make sure you have this set as your primary PayPal address when you place the order.
What will happen if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?
The delivery company may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe secure place. They will then leave you a card to let you know they attempted deliver and where your parcel is. The card will also include how to contact them to re-arrange delivery or where to collect the parcel from. We have had cases where the courier has not left a card, however we supply a tracking number with each individual order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us after the delivery time frame has passed so we can track the item before it’s returned to us.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Please contact one of our customer service advisors at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate further for you. If necessary we can process a claim with the carrier, please note that claims can take up to 21 days to be processed with the carrier.
How long do I have to return items?
We accept returned garments within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice. Please return in original packaging with labels.
How do I return an item?
- Pack the items in original packaging with packaging and labels.
- You can find instructions on how to return an item, including our returns address on your invoice, please label your parcel with our full address.
- Please add a note with the reason for returning the item and include your invoice or order number and name.
- Return the package at a Post Office counter and keep your receipt of posting somewhere safe as proof of your return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We ask you to allow at least 5 working days from when we receive your returned items to when you will receive your refund in your account. Within three days of us receiving your garments you will receive an email to let you know your return is being processed.
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes. We do exchange dresses; it’s best to contact us via email or telephone prior to sending so that we can check we have your desired dress in stock. Please follow the instructions on our Returns page or on your invoice for how to send your exchange to us.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal only and card payments made over the phone.
