In all cases please contact us before returning an item, we may be able to offer a better solution, and some items may require a return authorisation code.
Please be certain of sizes etc. before placing an order, while we can normally accept items back within 14 days, you will be responsible for the cost of posting them back to us.
We can only accept items back for refund which include all original packaging, tags, boxes, manuals etc.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is defective, or you have received the wrong items, we will offer you an exchange or replacement at no cost to yourself.
For flat packed items this will usually involve replacing the parts which are damaged, so you do not have to return the whole item.
Unfortunately due to some people deliberately damaging items to avoid return charges, we can no longer offer a refund for damaged items, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If you want to send an item back for refund then return postage is at your expense, even if damaged.
Cancellation of Orders:
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase or it has not met your requirements, you have the option of returning it to us in its original new condition (along with its manuals, packaging etc.) within 14 days of receiving it, for an exchange or a full refund.
Certain items are not eligible for return for health/hygiene reasons once they have been opened (e.g. toilet seats), this will be clearly mentioned in the listing of these items.
Items which have been modified (e.g. removing links from a watch).
Flat pack furniture which has been assembled or part assembled.
-Please check all parts before beginning assembly. If a fault is found after assembly has begun we can replace the affected parts, but we cannot accept it back for refund.
Customised items, or those which have been ordered in specifically at your request.
Where applicable (e.g. international sales and expedited delivery), your refund will be deducted with the cost of our original outwardly postage and packaging to you.
The total cost of your refunds will credited to your paypal/ credit card account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
You are advised to use a tracked & insured service when returning items, such as royal mail recorded delivery, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged on the way back. This will help you to track your order in case anything goes wrong during its return to us.
To assist us in processing your return efficiently, please include a cover note with your ebay username and item number.
