Payment by paypal only please - No other forms of payment are accepted under any circumstances. Please be aware that i do not post items out until payment has cleared through my account. Some of my items are immediate payment only, all other items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase please - if you are having a problem with payment or simply need a little bit more time to pay please contact me and i will be happy to wait :-). If no contact has been made by the 4th day i will assume you no longer require the item and open an unpaid item dispute to recover my ebay fees without any notice.
All postage/shipping costs are non-negotiable and are set on weight by Royal Mail.
Uk Mainland Uk Mainland The majority of my items will require a signature on receipt - I will send out special next day delivery within the UK if agreed with us beforehand, we are not always available daily and please be aware if you require a next day delivery to arrive on a Saturday there will be a further cost on top. International shipping will be via 'International signed for' or Airmail small packet rate (this is only available to certain countries and on certain low value items) - Items posted via international signed for are tracked and we will issue a tracking number on request.
All item(s) will be tissue wrapped boutique style and sent in a secure postal bag.
Combined postage is offered on most items including international (subject to weight restrictions). We do not make any profit from our postage all our items are weighed and sent at cost with a very small charge for tissue paper and bag ~ but because of some confusion with the new size restrictions on Royal Mails small packets, sometimes mistakes will be made, if you do notice you have paid more postage than you should have, please contact us for a refund.
As we have had an awful lot of items being returned just lately please be aware that the post office only keep recorded delivery items in their sorting office for 7 DAYS before returning them to us - IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO MAKE SURE THEY PICK THEIR ITEM UP IN TIME - if we have an item returned - WE DO NOT RE-POST IT FREE - you will then have to pay the postage costs again to receive your item - so be aware and pick your parcel up in good time or phone your sorting office to arrange re-delivery when you know you will be there to sign for it.
We are not available to post out on Saturdays.
Terms of Sale
Please be aware you are buying a vintage or a pre-used item. Your item(s) will not be new and will almost certainly have been pre-worn and pre-washed. Most of our clothing may well be older than you are and will have been in storage for a very long time. I wash everything that can be washed on receipt but my items are then stored so would need to be lightly laundered when you receive them. Everything that i can't wash i either steam or spot clean and then give them a good air.
I describe my items as honestly as possible. Any condition issues will be noted and photographed were appropriate. However, any minor imperfections that are typical to a vintage/used item i may choose not to mention.
We appreciate that everyone is an individual and therefore sizing can be difficult when you cannot try something on before buying, therefore, we provide exact measurements of the garment. This does take time and effort on our behalf so please do make sure you check these as we sell mainly Vintage, European and American items which will all have different size labels to the Uk.
If you have any doubts as to condition or sizing please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are looking for an exact colour and will not accept any other shade than please do contact us before buying as colours vary from monitor to monitor depending on your settings.
If there is a problem with your item - please do contact us asap before leaving any feedback - although we photograph our items from every angle and make sure they are checked by two different people, we are only human and do make occasional mistakes - we will be more than happy to resolve any problems in a way that we will both be satisfied.
We offer quibble free refunds on all our items but we will not give partial refunds - if the item is not as expected or there is something major wrong with it that has not been mentioned in the listing we will ask you to return the item to us before any refund is issued.
I always leave feedback after it has been left for me, this is to ensure my customers have received their item and are happy with it, so please leave your feedback and you will get mine right back at you ;-)
