If payment is not received we will contact you through the Unpaid Transaction process via eBay. However, if you are experiencing any problems with payment please get in touch as soon as possible.

We aim to post every day, anywhere in the world. Postage will be first class recorded or via courier for bulkier items. If you want your item guaranteed next day delivery, please get in touch so we can alter your invoice. International postage will need to be invoiced directly by us to ensure you get the best price for your country. Royal Mail ask for 15 working days to deliver your parcel in the UK so please bear this in mind if your item is delayed, however most items should get to you within 3 days. We will combine shipping where possible and you are more than welcome to collect in person, by appointment only.

We offer full refunds on any Buy It Now purchase. Please get in touch within 48 hours and return the item with 14 days to receive a refund. We will refund the original postage but not the return postage unless the fault is ours. We do not offer refunds on auction items. If you are returning any item please carefully wrap them, in the original packaging and send to 6, Crane Way, Cranfield, Beds, MK43 0HW. You will receive a request from us via eBay to cancel the transaction so we can get all our fees back. Please help us by agreeing to this!

All our items are vintage therefore used. This means they will not be perfect but any flaws will be listed. Please read the descriptions carefully to avoid disappointment. All items will be washed and pressed before posting to ensure you can wear them straight away. Vintage clothing is generally a smaller size than modern garments. As this can be sometimes up to 2 sizes, please check our measurements carefully. Ideally you need to compare our measurements against a piece of clothing that fits rather than your own body. Often our items for sale do not have care labels within, thus making describing the material sometimes difficult. In these cases we will clearly state what we think the material is.
