For replacements: Per eBay policy, we ship the replacement within 5 business days of the buyer starting the return process. According to eBay, standardized category return guidelines create a more consistent experience for both buying and selling by eliminating the uncertainty of what's acceptable to return and what isn't.
Per eBay policy guidelines: "When the buyer ships the item back, eBay provides the buyer with a return shipping label. They also give the buyer a packing slip to print and enclose in the return package. A unique return ID generated by eBay appears on the packing slip, along with the buyer's ID. It is a vintage/antique, meaning a pre-owned estate item. It may have wear due to its vintage nature, which just adds to its beauty!
All of our vintage pieces come from estate sales and are not new (unless otherwise stated). They may have slight wear or scuffs that we do not feel deters from the beauty of the piece but rather adds to its character and beauty. Such traits are common in vintage pieces.
Others may not have the same opinion. We therefore strive to mention everything we see and to take good photos detailing each piece thoroughly. The photos are part of the description of the items we sell. So please use the very cool eBay ZOOM FEATURE on the photos for full visual details. We try hard to detail all we see.
We do not guarantee that the vintage item may work, (e.g. trains, camera, mechanical items, etc.). It is an "AS IS" sale. Many times we do not have the ability to bench test the item. Even if we were able at the time to bench test an item, the process of shipping the antique may then impede the antique's ability to work. So please look closely at the photos and description. We do detail all that we see, good and otherwise.
