Here we have for sale 'Martha' the tiny but oh so cute vintage caravan

I have personally restored this beautiful caravan myself from scratch. Everything has been done to it with no expense spared.

This caravan is SOLID and DRY throughout with no leaks or damp. It weights approx 460kg (so is very lightweight and can be towed by any vehicle).

Martha is only 9ft long by 6ft wide but is can be used as a 3 berth. The bench seat as you go in on the left acts as a single and the bench seats with the table convert into a double bed.

She has a sink and original footpump.

Below is the list of repairs that Martha has undergone during her restoration.......

* Brand new skylight fitted and sealed
* New window capping and catches fitted throughout
* Dented exterior aluminium panel replaced
* All 240V electrics installed by a qualified electrician
* New 7 core cable replaced to ensure towing lights work correctly
* 2 brand new tyres fitted
* Serviced brakes
* All exterior towing lights front and back have been replaced with new like for like fittings to keep it original as possible

Below is the list of interior and exterior paints, fabrics and flooring......

* Interior walls are painted in Elephants Breath by Farrow & Ball
* Wood units are painted in French Grey by Farrow & Ball
* Ceiling is painted in Pointing by Farrow & Ball
* Curtains are genuine Cath Kidston Pinny Flowers in stone which have been professionally sewn and are double sided so the vintage floral pattern can be seen from the exterior windows
* Seat covers are Laura Ashley linen gingham
* Flooring is Cath Kidston Rose Sprig floor tiles purchased from Harvey Maria Flooring specialists
* Exterior has been professionally resprayed with a Matt finish. The cost for this alone was £500.  The colours were matched to the farrow and ball colour chart.  The off white is Pointing by Farrow and Ball and the beautiful cornflower blue is Parma Grey by Farrow and Ball (which is blue not grey as the name suggests) 

As you can see, no expense has been spared with this caravan, we are only selling due to funding our next project which is a Cheltenham Waterbuck.

Martha would be an ideal kickstart for your vintage inspired business and the list of uses with her are endless. She can also be used as a home office, kids play den or for a family getaway.

We have been contacted by vintage caravan magazine from Australia who will be featuring Martha later on in the year.

Please note, props in the photographs are NOT included in the sale however the winning bidder will also be the proud owner of Martha's vintage style pressed aluminium numberplate.
