Payment: PayPal is our only acceptable method of payment at this time. You may use your credit card, debit card or checking account through PayPal. We appreciate payment within 7 days of purchase; eBay will open a UPI on the 8th day unless prior arrangements have been made. Note to Missouri residents: 7.725% sales tax will be calculated after your purchase and WILL BE ADDED to your winning bid or purchase. Missouri dealers may provide us with a State Tax ID for tax to be removed.
Shipping: We ship our merchandise via USPS, Monday thru Saturday. We usually ship same or next day after cleared payment has been received. Merchandise with a value over $50.00 USD will be insured. Shipping costs are calculated based on customer location and package weight. A shipping calculator is provided on our listing for your convenience. We do offer other forms of shipping upon customer request. Whenever practical and it does not compromise the integrity of the merchandise, we combine shipping on merchandise ending within 3 days to provide discounts. We pass every discount we receive on to our customer. Shipping overages over $1.00 are refunded back to our customer. Please contact us with all requests prior to paying your invoice.
International Shipping: We ship our merchandise Worldwide via USPS First Class International on items with a value less than $25.00 USD, USPS Priority International on items with a value greater than $25.00 USD. There is no tracking or insurance on First Class International. We ship Monday thru Saturday, usually same or next day after cleared payment has been received. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the customs process and delivery. Providing a telephone number speeds up the customs process. Shipping costs are calculated based on customer location and package weight. A shipping calculator is provided on our listing for your convenience. Merchandise weighting over four (4) pounds must ship priority or express. Whenever practical and it does not compromise the integrity of the merchandise, we combine shipping on merchandise ending within 3 days to provide discounts. We pass every discount we receive on to our customer. Shipping overages over $1.00 are refunded back to our customer. Be aware that the customer is responsible for any taxes, duty, or any other cost incurred by customs or your countries government. These charges are not included in the cost of the item or in the shipping cost. We urge you to check with your countries customs office prior to bidding on or purchasing an item. Please do not ask us to do anything that may be considered fraud, such as distorting value or declaring as a gift. We will not ship merchandise if that merchandise is determined to be prohibited or restricted to a particular country. Please contact us with all requests prior to paying your invoice.
Returns: We strive to describe our merchandise accurately and completely. However, we are not experts in any field. Some things can and will be missed. It is not our intention to misrepresent or deceive our customer on any item in any way. If an item is found to be misrepresented, a 100% refund will be issued. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to bidding on or purchasing an item.
Return Policy for broken or defective items: If you receive broken or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. If you receive a broken or defective item, email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement or issue a refund without a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
Return Policy for non-broken, non-defective items: Returns for non-broken, non-defective merchandise must be made within 14 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-broken, non-defective merchandise. Shipping will not be refunded. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Please contact us for return authorization before returning merchandise.
