Returns and refunds: 60 Day Return policy. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED PRIOR TO RETURN. We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible, but in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we have a 60 days returns policy: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we must receive the item back within 50 days if you wish to return for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We always do our best to send your order in perfect condition. Refunds are for the purchase price (minus PP) and buyers are responsible for all relevant postage costs when returning for a refund/exchange.
