Pricing and Payment
We accept payment via the following methods; Visa credit cards, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa debit cards, bankers draft, bank Transfer, and PayPal. All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch from our warehouse. We do not accept payments from international banks or cards.
If your billing address and delivery address differ, we will need proof via email in the form of a utility bill to verify invoice address details. This is to protect you and us against any fraudulent transactions.
All Prices include VAT and standard UK mainland delivery unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate. Any variation in the VAT rate will apply automatically.
We hold thousands of items in stock and this allows us to deliver goods on our next day delivery service for a small extra charge. Our standard delivery timescale for stock items to England & Wales post codes is 1-7 working days. Since our goods are despatched by a third party courier company, we cannot advise on a time slot but the courier company will contact you directly beforehand to arrange a weekday delivery. Saturday deliveries are available but an an extra cost. Any delivery dates specified are approximate and we cannot take responsibility for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. If items are not in stock and we need to order from the manufacturer, this may extend delivery to 7-10 working days. If the items are not in stock with the manufacturer, the delay may be longer but we will inform you within 2 working days of placing your order as to how long the delay will be. If you choose not to wait, you will be eligible for a full refund. If unsure before placing your order, please contact us and we can advise you further on the delivery timescale of your particular item.
On the rare occasion that you notice damage at the time of delivery. You may wish to refuse the item. If you subsequently become aware of the damage after delivery please contact us within a 24 hours on 0127950 4466 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product(s) and/or packaging prior to collection. Please check the dimensions of the product you plan to purchase to ensure that it fits in the space/unit where you plan to site it. Please also ensure that assistance is available on delivery if you have ordered a large item. Delivery is to front door only and delivery to a non-ground floor address may incur an additional charge.
Once we have dispatched your item, if you no longer require it, you must return the goods to us at your cost. Please contact us for different return options. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.Please do not book any kitchen fitters until your item has arrived as we cannot guarantee delivery times due to using a third party courier company for deliveries.
All of our appliances are guaranteed with a minimum of 12 months with the manufacturer. If any faults arise, please contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help. The guarantee will not apply however if the fault arises from excessive wear and tear. If your product appears not to be functioning correctly please first check the manufacturer’s instruction book and follow the fault-finding guide. If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the engineer visit.
When installing a gas appliance a qualified Gas Safe engineer is required, all appliances will need to be installed by a qualified tradesperson, who will have the correct certification. If your appliance isn't installed by a qualified tradesman the manufacturer will likely void the warranty.
Cancellations and Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are eligible for a full refund up to 7 working days after the day of delivery for a full credit or refund. If you do wish to withdraw from the contract you must notify us either in writing or by e-mail within the 7 working day time period. Any refund will be made within 14 days of the cancellation date. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer services team to discuss returning your item at your own cost. Please be aware you have a duty of care for the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please note there will be a cost for us to collect your item. Alternatively you can return the items at your own cost.
