Our car mats are made to order and if customised, we can not accept a return, unless the product we have sent you is not as described within the listing or if it does not match your stated colour options providing by you the buyer.
If you have ordered incorrectly, you may enquire and request for an exchange but on the conditions that the product is in the same condition that it left us, and only if the product has not been customised in any way. Any return postage costs will have to be covered by you the buyer. We do not refund for postage unless we agree prior that the item has been sent to you incorrectly.
Boot liners can be returned only if we have sent the incorrect product. We will exchange your Boot Liner if required but you will need to cover any excess postage fees. Postage fees will not be refunded for orders made incorrectly on the buyer behalf. Years must be checked, and variations for your vehicles boot plan must also be checked prior to ordering a Boot Liner Tray.
