We would recommend that you send it in a well padded box using plenty of bubble wrap or similar material. Don’t forget to include a return address.

The cost of £280 is for the repair of the faults listed above, if your unit has additional faults then we will contact you with a revised cost. This cost is for UK residents only, we will happily repair units from other countries but the carriage charge will be more, simply contact us and we will give you a price to do this.
