Wallrus Art Offers personalised specification canvases, we display all the mixed options available through our eBay adverts.  All customers have a choice of style, size, colour and image.
Please make sure you understand the terms and conditions of the sale.

1. Cancelation

A) Please note All of our orders are manufactured to order (within 24 hours)
B) Orders will begin almost instantly through our system, and cannot be cancelled once purchased

2. UK SHIPPING (method for particular size is stated in eBay Picture)

A) First Class Recorded (royal mail) are dispatched 6 days a week within 1 business day.
Items sent via Royal Mail can take longer to turn up on occasion, they do not class an item as "lost" until 15 days from postage date.  
B) Next Day Courier items are dispatched within 1 business day.
If item has not turned up within 3 working days, please contact us and we will assist.
All Next Day Courier items have tracking available.

3. International Shipping & Customs
A) International buyers – please note: 
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
B) International Shipping is charged at cost and is non refundable.  We use different courier companies in order to provide the most competitive shipping price, time scales will be provided via email with quote prior to purchase. (customers must email us for a quote prior to ordering)
C) We will require photo evidence of damaged goods on arrival and in some cases even a return of the item.
D) Delays can happen at customs, and any delays cannot be helped and we cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Returns
A) Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds. Unless....
B) Item arrives damaged, Customers have 7 days to report any faults and  the Item will be replaced  like for like (no option to change size and colour.)
C) To return a Item you must contact us first via email, and follow our procedure, in most cases we will require the customer to return the product
D) Return postage is buyers responsibility

4. Delayed deliveries
A) If your item is delayed, we are not liable for any inconvenience 
B) Please take into account when ordering for Gift Purposes, we advise ordering 2 weeks in advance to cover the slight chance of a delayed consignment.

Returns accepted for Damaged on Arrival goods. All Damages must be signed for as damaged and we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. All Damaged goods will be replaced on a like for like basis. Please Read our FULL Terms & Conditions. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
