Items lost in post

Unfortunately, once an item is posted, it is no longer in our control. Occasionally, some items do get misplaced or simply take longer to deliver than expected through no fault of our own. How to return items

For any returns, we ask that in the first instance contact our customer service team using the eBay messaging tool, to indicate the reason for the return (must be within the timescales outlined above).

Our customer service team will then give you an address to which you can return the item(s) in question. This may differ depending on which of our facilities the goods were originally despatched from. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging and, other than damaged goods, in an unused, re-saleable condition.
