Firstly I must be notified of your intention to seek a refund ( a lot of issues can be resolved and at the end of the day I want happy customers) I will gladly offer a refund less my Post/Pack costs if items are returned within 7 days of receipt - regardless of the reason for the return! The items have to be returned exactly as sent out (packaging/cellophane/pins/cards/envelopes)- if there are signs of wear and tear a reduction will be made for this! Once items have been received back then a refund will be actioned in the same method as the original transaction.
