Your item will be dispatched by Royal Mail, larger items will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. Valuables will be sent via Special Delivery Next day Service with Insurance.

This will take from 1-3 days to deliver.

Overseas:

Your item will be shipped either by Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure for more expensive items, providing extra reassurance that your item has been posted with on-line & delivered with Track and Trace number, delivery takes from 5 days to deliver.

Packing:

All our items are packed securely, we have found that a combination of used newspaper and bubble wrap ensures safe delivery.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 30 days after the day of delivery, if you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense, we do not refund return postage.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty.
