Due to this problem, you must accept and agree to the following before you decide to purchase this product.
1/ The product must be installed by an approved electrician in this field.
2/ Warranty claims must be provided with proof of the installer’s electrician’s certified up to date certificate. Without this information, all claims will be rejected. The item must be returned at your cost. We will return the item at our cost should the item be genuinely faulty.
3/ Returns must be agreed in advance by email to reeves.a1plant@btconnect.com quoting your eBay ID. An address to return items will be provided on acceptance.
4/ Returns regardless of reason will be fully tested before any refund is given. For this reason, we will not refund the unit until a full inspection. Please allow 15 working days from date of return, for our decision.
5/ If the item purchased has been abused, incorrectly installed or damaged, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. The unit will be disposed of within 5 working days, unless you request the unit to be returned before this time. The unit can be returned to you at a charge of £3.99

Next Day Service

This service only applies to orders placed and paid in full before 2.30 pm and do not fall into the additional postage zone table.

The service does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. All next day orders placed on Friday before 2.30 pm will arrive on Monday and not over the weekend. Next day deliveries excludes weekends.

Damages & Loss:

All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email with 48 hours. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Please check your order. This will then be avoided.

Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made.

Returns

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or still under warranty:

We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please enclose a copy of your invoice with the goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.

Returning an item that is faulty:

If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 7 days of receipt we will arrange the uplift of the goods (Please put a copy your invoice with the goods.). Should we ( and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:

If we send you the wrong item, please email us, all good recieved in error will be collected and replaced at our cost.

None returnable goods:

We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised). Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.

Your orders dispatch by Parcel force, Business Post, and DPD should arrive within 5 working days from date of your payment being received. Please check that your order is not available at the local Post Office for collection, as an attempt may have been made to deliver your order. Calling cards are not always left. Contact the office on 01633 676800 between the above times if you require a tracking number or wish to know the progress of your order. Our courier services are Business Post, Parcel Force, Royal Mail and DPD. This service will be decided by A 1 Plant Sales and is based on the type of product and the location your goods are being dispatched to. You must be present to sign for you goods. All standard Royal Mail postal services normally arrive within 5 to 7 working days. The is not guaranteed, and all orders can take up to 15 working days before any lost or delayed delivery claims can be processed.

ADDITIONAL POSTAGE:  

Additional postage charge will apply to all goods dispatched outside UK Mainland egg:
