If an order is placed during the weekend the likelihood is that it will be dispatched on the following working day. We use royal mail a reputable worldwide courier for all our items; we offer a standard 2nd class recorded delivery option which usually takes or an express next day service for all UK orders. Although we don't do an express international service they too are still all tracked and signed for.

We advise that all returns should be accompanied by an order note so that we may identify who the product has been returned by, we offer exchanges and refunds which should also be stated on the order note to help us deal with the return in a prompt and efficient manner. For exchanges there is a return postage charge (£2.95 for uk & £8.95 for international) which can only be paid via PayPal using our email address; galorelondon@hotmail.co.uk
