From the moment you place your bid you are under our care. We appreciate every sale and customer satisfaction is our driving force.
We understand how important feedback is and we leave all our customers feedback as soon as payment has cleared. We strive to provide all our customers a 5 star service and if for any reason you are not happy please email before leaving your feedback as we will do all we can to resolve any problems.
Customer checkout is requested to be completed within 3 days of purchasing an item and payment must be made within 7 days. We follow ebay’s policy for all non payers and file a dispute for any buyers who have not completed their transaction. If you have any problems with checkout or payment please email and we will help all we can.

We accept the following :
1. Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. All card payments can be made through paypal even if you do not have a paypal account.
2. Postal Orders. We dispatch items on the same day of receiving a postal order. Please make all orders payable to Shoe Directory Ltd
3. Cheques. All cheque require 5 working days to clear so please allow for this time when making payment. Please make all cheques payable to Shoe Directory Ltd and write your item number on the back.
4. Direct Bank Transfers. Please email for bank details when your have completed your checkout.
5. Please do not send cash.
International Buyers : All international buyers are required to use paypal or email for a direct bank transfer. We are unable to accept international cheque or postal orders.

If you do not follow the checkout advice, there may be a delay in processing your order, so you may have to wait for your new shoes!
Postage and Packaging
All items with a cleared payment by midday are posted the same day. Except for Sunday and bank holidays.
Our delivery costs are competitively low.
We offer a number of royal mail options.
First Class, First Class Recorded and Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed (not including Sat ).
We believe in giving our customers the choice of what postage option they would like to pay for but we strongly recommend RECORDED DELIVERY. At a cost of only £0.70 standard per package it is worth the reassurance of being able to track your package at any time.
LOST ITEMS: We obtain proof of postage for every delivery. Part of our customer service is to ensure your item reaches you in a safe and secure method. If your item is not delivered within 3 days of receiving our dispatch email please let us know. You will first be asked to check your local post office where 99% of missing items are held for 3 weeks before being returned to us. If your item is not found within 15 days of us dispatching we will then make a claim with royal mail on your behalf.
We guarantee every customer will receive their item or a full refund.
All our products are brand new and are packaged with care in secure tamper proof packaging.
We also offer POSTAGE DISCOUNT of £1.00 for each additional product purchased.
If you want guaranteed next day delivery we offer a special delivery by Royal Mail Mon - Fri, please email if required.
Collection is also available from our Rochdale warehouse. Our warehouse is conveniently located opposite royal mail’s sorting office in Rochdale. Please email or call if you would like to collect your item we have customer parking and reception.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer two services to our international buyers, Airmail and International signed for. We recommend international signed for as for an extra £3.50 your item is given priority, is insured , has a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery.
Returns and Exchange policy
We have an excellent returns policy with a no quibbles money back guarantee. You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
We pride ourselves in our exchange policy and do not charge any additional postage to exchange items. ( except wellies ).
All we ask is the following:
1. All items returned are new / unworn and in original box with all internal packaging. Please do not apply any tape or stick any labels on the internal box. Please ensure you return your item secure protective packaging, using the original bag we send out is fine providing it is taped up.
2. You provide all your details to help speed your return. This can be your sales record invoice that was sent with the product or the returns form.
3. P & P is not refunded unless in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or we have made an error. This is very rare as all products are checked before dispatch.
4. If you would like an exchange please state the product you would like to exchange for, including the item number. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK, if we do not have your requested item we will action a refund for you. We offer free postage to send the new item to you, all you need to pay is the postage to return the item to us. ( UK Customers only, International buyers will be required to pay for any additional postage please email for details ).
5. We recommend you get proof of postage from the post office when returning your item, this is free of charge and will give you peace of mind.
(We reserve the right to return any goods back to the sender if not in the new and perfect condition they were sent.)
