Exchanges & Returns Information We are
committed to you being fully satisfied with your
purchases. If, for any reason, you would like to
return any unworn/unused products, please follow the
guidelines on the reverse of your invoice.
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of
purchase. Items must be returned with all their tags
and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will
need your name, order number and details of the item
you wish to return, plus the particulars of any
exchange required.
Upon inspection of returned product, we will issue a
full refund to the payment method used for the
purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used
items will be denied a refund and returned to the
customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are
subject to inspection and only eligible for repair,
replacement or disposal.
Items should be returned via a tracked delivery
service (such as Royal Mail recorded) to enable your
item arrives safely, All exchanges will be shipped
out via Royal Mail 2nd class subject to stock
availability . We cannot accept responsibility for
items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Returned items must be unused and have all the
original packaging and tags intact so that items can
be resold. If we find that items have not been
returned to us in fully resaleable condition,
we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price
from the refund amount. When returning item(s), you
will be responsible for the cost of
postage unless otherwise agreed in advance. For your
own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery* to track your item(s)
and to ensure the
package is signed for upon delivery. If requesting
an exchange, we will post the item(s) back to you
free of charge (applies to UK customers only*).

All refunds and exchanges should take no more than 3
working days from when your item(s) arrives back to
us. Please allow a further 3 working days for the
refund to show up in your bank account or a
replacement item to be delivered.
* For international orders please send back via
recorded delivery through your National Postage
Service. International customers will be responsible
for all shipping costs (exchange shipping costs are
the same as original) we will require payment before
we can ship any international exchange

How to Return an Item:

All you need to do is complete
the returns form which is located on the reverse
of your delivery note

Peel off the address label
-
Package the item up and enclose the
returns form within the box or package you are
returning back to us.

Stick the returns label to the
outside of the package you are sending back to us

Send the item back to us
Items should be returned via a

we will process your request and advise by email
once complete, exchanges can take 3 working days
to complete from the date of receiving items back
Please note we do not offer a free
returns service, customers are responsible for all
return postage costs.
