Paying for an order
If you would like to pay by card or PayPal, please select PayPal as your payment option. We only accept card payments through PayPal as it is safer for both parties. You do not need an account to do this. If you’d like to pay by bank transfer or postal order, please contact us for the relevant details.

Do you offer combined shipping?
If you would like to purchase more than one item from our store we can offer you combined shipping, which means your shipping charges will be less and all your items will arrive together.
Once you have completed ordering all the items you would like, please contact us notifying us that you would like us to combine your shipping. Please DO NOT pay for your order as we cannot change anything after payment has been made, and we will have to send out your items separately. We will send you an amended invoice which will take you to the new checkout with the correct amount where you can pay.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, bank transfers and postal orders. We also accept the majority of debit and credit cards, through PayPal. Please contact us for the details if you would like to do a bank transfer or postal order.
We will only ship the item once payment has cleared.

Can I amend/ cancel an order?
Our customer service team answer messages from 9:00am to 12:00pm GMT. If your order has not already been despatched, you can message us to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to get through every message but we cannot guarantee your request will be received in time. We accept no responsibility for orders that are unchanged if the request has not been seen, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are ordering the correct item.

How do I know if you have received my cheque/ postal order?
You will receive an email once your payment has cleared. Please remember to check your junk folder.

Please contact us and we will investigate your order.

My payment has cleared, when will it be posted?
We start to process orders at 12:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If your payment clears before then, we will despatch your order the same evening for Royal Mail to pick up first thing in the morning. If your payment clears after that, we are very sorry but we will not be able to despatch your order until the next working day. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email or eBay message.

What delivery services do you offer?
For UK customers, we send all items as First Class Tracked Delivery. This allows tracking of the item and gives us proof of delivery.

We also offer special delivery. If your payment clears before 1pm, we will process it the same day, Royal Mail will pick it up the next morning, and you will receive your item before 1pm the day after that. To guarantee delivery for Saturday before 1pm, the deadline to order would be Thursday before 1pm.

For international customers, we currently only offer Priority Airmail. Royal Mail does not offer an international tracking service, but for peace of mind we also offer an international signed for service. If you would like this, please contact us so we can send you a new invoice.

How do I know if my item has been shipped?
You will receive an email from eBay to tell you your item has been marked as despatched. If you do not receive a message within 3 working days of paying for your order, please contact us and we will investigate your order.

How long does it take to ship to an international shipping address?
Royal Mail usually takes 7-14 working days to deliver internationally. Please note that this time is an estimate and the postal service can be subject to delays depending on the situation in the countries it travels through.

What countries do you ship to?
There is a list of countries we ship to on the Postage and Payments tab next to Description. If your country is not on there, please contact us as we most likely can ship there.

Do you deliver to another address that is not my billing address?
Yes, you can put the address you’d like it delivered to in your shipping address at checkout. If you put the wrong address in, we will make every effort to change it for you before we start processing orders but we are not responsible if we do not get to your request in time. Please check your order and your address before confirming.

Where is my item?
All UK customers are provided with a tracking number via email once their item has been despatched. You can track your item’s status on the Royal Mail website with this number. If you cannot find your tracking number or it does not work, please contact us and we will do our best to help you track your parcel.

Please note that Royal Mail do not currently offer an international tracking service.

If I am not at home what happens to my parcel?
If you do not have a SafePlace™ specified in the shipping instructions, Royal Mail will post a card through your door and return your parcel to the main depot closest to you and keep it there for 7 days pending instruction from the addressee. If collection or redelivery is not arranged after that time, they will return the parcel to us. Please note this is only for customers in the UK, the postal services operate differently for every country.

Can I request a safe place?
You can request a safe place in the shipping instructions at checkout, or register one with Royal Mail. Please note we are not responsible for any parcels which are lost or stolen due to being left in the safe place.

How long does delivery take?
Standard First Class delivery within the UK generally takes 1-3 working days. International delivery can take 7-14 working days. Please note that these times are an estimate, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your item within these times.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we offer combined shipping. To see the rates for your country, select the Postage and Payments tab next to Description and pick your country from the drop down list. To get combined shipping, order what you would like, but do not pay. Contact us and we will send you a combined invoice, which will have a link in it that will take you to checkout with the proper amount. We cannot combine shipping after we have received payment.

What do I do if my item has been returned to sender?
If your item was returned to sender, this means the address you have provided us was wrong or incomplete, or you did not pick up your parcel from the post office in time. If you’d like us to send your item out again, you will have to pay for re-postage. Please contact us for instructions.

Here at Onlineshoe we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable online shopping experience, we pay close attention to your order and shipping details so we can ensure that you receive a product you are happy with, however if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return an item all we ask is the return must be within 14 days of receipt and for the goods , and that the return is unworn and unused other than fitmentpurposes in the exact same condition that it was received.

For all returns please contact our Customer services team at sales@onlineshoe.co.uk who will provide the necessary returns token and returns address for the item to be returned to.Please note no unauthorised returns will be accepted at our warehouse without prior consent and returns will not be accepted at our invoice address.

Please take care to package your item in its original packaging, please do not tape up the shoe box as we may not be able to give a full refund if the outer packaging is damaged. Please re-use the mailing packet that the item was sent in, to return goods back to us.

For all exchanges, we do need a delivery fee (£2.99 to UK Mainland) to send the exchange item back to you.Please note that the delivery fee is deducted from all refunds (except where goods are faulty), including those items we send with free delivery.

Unless your order has been cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 days of receipt, you are usually refunded for the amount of the item only. We reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item this amount will be deducted from any refund given.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty or been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at sales@onlineshoe.co.uk you may be eligible for a postage refund. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any postage refunds until we receive your item back for inspection. Please note we will not refund your postage if you send it back via a special delivery service.

Important Please Note that ALLdamage claims must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time, in addition claims for damage cannot be accepted once goods have been used.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse (returns address) will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package a full refund or a replacement will be given.

Prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply to your delivery country. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details as we are not held responsible for such charges.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you hit the Submit button you will receive a message confirming the Order ID. You will also receive an email as confirmation that the order has been placed. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive.

WHAT UK DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE ?

We offer 2 delivery options for the UK which will show when the item is checked out and you proceed to the Payment gateway - you can click to choose any one of these options.

*Royal Mail Tracked Service - Delivery estimate of 2 - 3 working days

*Royal Mail Tracked Next Day service - Delivery estimated at 1 - 2 working days 

We do not guarantee Saturday delivery with any postal option.


WHAT OVERSEAS POSTAL OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We ship to most countires in Europe as well as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Turkey & United Arab Emirates.

The postal cost for shipping your item to your location is provided on the item listing. 

For all overseas shipping we use Royal Mail Contract Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed for Services.

International deliveries please allow 3-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. 

We attempt to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from when the order has been placed. 

A large percentage of orders get dispatched the same day when placed on a working day.

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Rates and delivery times vary according to destination.

Rest of Europe - We deliver to the following European countries:

Austria, Azores, Bulgaria, Belgium, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Madeira, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spitsbergen, Sweden.
If your country is not listed above, we don't currently deliver there.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.

DO I NEED TO SIGN ON DELIVERY?

Yes - all our orders are tracked and do have to be signed for on delivery


WHAT IF IM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If a courier has attempted to deliver to you but you were not in, they will leave a card providing details of when they will redeliver your parcel or if you can collect it from their sorting office. In some instances they may deliver to a neighbour. If no details have been left please email customer service team with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LOST? WILL I GET REIMBURSED?

If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing).

RETURNS 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you want to return your purchase it must be in condition with our no quibbles returns policy. You must notify us ONLINE before you make a return so we can send you the returns procedure.

You must await our verification before returning an item, we will send you our returns procedure.

We will accept the request within opening hours of Mon-Fri 9am till 5 pm.

Please post back to us within 72 hours otherwise we can’t accept return. 

You then need to return the package to a Post Office counter. Remember to return your item using a tracked service keep the receipt as this will act as your proof of delivery. We do not issue refunds for items we have not received back. If, in the unlikely event, the item does go missing in the postal system then your proof of posting will ensure you can claim compensation for the item. We cannot help you if the item goes missing in the post and the item is your responsibility until it has been received back by us.

PREPAID TRACKED RETURN SERVICE OFFER £4.99 - We do offer a return postage Service that can be use via the royal mail that gives a return to us at a cost of £4.99 this is a fully tracked service and covers you ,should your item go missing in transit (this offers a substanial saving of over 25% on any equivanlent service) please email sales@onlineshoe.co.uk or message us for more Details quoting - TRACKED RETURNS SERVICE.


RETURNING FOR A REFUND 

If you are returning for a refund you will not be charged for the return of your parcel.

Upon receipt of your return you will be notified of the refund being processed via email.

We will accept items back within 28 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as received. i.e.) Unworn except tried on for fitting purposes. ( When trying on footwear please try on a carpeted surface),

Returned in ALL original packaging, original tags, original box with no writing on and please do not tape the box lid down or tape anything to the box. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM OVERSEAS?

EU & REST OF WORLD CUSTOMERS: In order to make a return please follow our returns procedure but you will have to pay for the returns cost yourself.

Once received we will refund back to your account minus postage originally paid. Please note it is customers’ responsibility to get the item safely back to us and we can’t reimburse the postage. We can only refund for items that have been received back to us.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our products.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

Returns are normally processed within 24 hours of us receiving the item back. You will be notified once your return has been processed via email. We do not refund for items not received back to us.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods after 10 working days, we will ask you to provide the tracking number from the Post Office as proof of postage and delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the tracking number for your return.

We will refund any money received from you by the original payment method.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If you would like to exchange your item, we can try our best to exchange the item for you in a different size or style but we cannot guarantee we will have the item you need in stock. We only carry a certain amount in each style as fashion is changing constantly so please bear this in mind to avoid disappointment.

Any exchanges agreed are at our discretion and we cannot do an exchange if the size you now require has already been unlisted or the listing has ended and we have no more in stock. Please include the name and size of the item you wish to exchange for within the return package.

All exchanges are subject to additional postage costs to be paid by you in order to return the item back to you, the additional postage charge should be placed in the box with the shoes . If you need to exchange an item please message us online for the correct exchange procedure.


WHY HAVENT I RECEIVED MY REFUND?

Have you included our returns form and / or invoice so we know who the package is from? 

If the answer is no, you haven't followed procedure we find it very difficult to process the return and this causes a delay until customer gets in touch.


I'VE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT SEEMS THAT IT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?

We understand how frustrating it is when you have your heart set on a particular item and when you go to purchase you are informed that the item is out of stock, unfortunately fashion moves very fast and our most popular products do sell out very quickly. We add new items to the site every week so if your chosen product is no longer listed on site you may be able to find a similar item by browsing through the categories listed at the top of the homepage.


HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way and the status will change to dispatched on your transaction. From there it should be delivered within the timescale advertised within our store. 

All orders are trackable so if you would like to check the progress please message us and we will send you your tracking number.


CAN I COME AND COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOUR PREMISES?

As we are online only we do not offer collection facilities.

No we dont have a catalogue. As stock can change overnight we are not able to provide an up to date and accurate catalogue.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your order please contact us straight away, if the parcel has not been shipped we can change your order.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

As soon as your return has been received by us we will process your refund.

We want all our customers to receive top quality products so if you have received an item you believe to be faulty with please message us on the amazon system with as many details as possible of the fault with the item. We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as we can within office hours but we need you to inform us of any faults before the product has been worn so that we can resolve the issue for you.
