Orders are usually processed the business day (Mon-Fri) following your order, and are dispatched the same day by the specified postal service. At very busy times there may be a delay of a few days.
In the UK, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class post as the default postage option with expected delivery in 3-5 working days.
Other postage options include Royal Mail 1st class and courier Next working day service, both options are chargable.
Air mail post to European Union countries should take 10-14 working days, and to other overseas countries may take 14-21 working days.
Delays sometimes happen, so please allow a week beyond these times to contact us in case of non-delivery. Please also check with your local postal delivery office in case they were unable to deliver your parcel and are holding it for you.
Returns & Cancellations

Please use good packaging, use correct postage, and 'signed for' delivery is strongly recommended.
Please include original references and explanation, and indicate if exchange or refund is required.
Refunds will be made back to the PayPal account used for the order payment.
For a full product refund, goods must be in perfect, unopened condition with seals and shrink-wrap intact.
The original shipping charge will be refunded only in case of error on our part.
Orders or part orders may be cancelled for a complete refund by phone or email, until that is your order is in the hands of the postal/courier service. This will usually be from mid-afternoon on the day of dispatch. Since orders received before 1pm are often dispatched on the same day, it is important to contact us quickly if you wish to cancel.
