We reserve the right to change any product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications.

Please be aware that different computers reproduce colours in different ways which means it is not possible for us to give an exact colour match on all products. Any measurements given in our listings are approximate and are given as a guide only.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. If any goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or be given a full refund for the product in question.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided at the time of order, in particular if your item is to be personalised.

4. Shipping

We aim to ship all non-personalised orders within a maximum of 2 working days although most are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Personalised items: Due to the time it takes to personalise these items it can take an extra 1 to 2 days for them to be shipped. Any dates quoted for delivery are given as a guide and we will not be liable for any delays to this date.

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, however we reserve the right to use a different courier if necessary. It is rare that we will do this but if this is the case we will ensure that the delivery timescale is the same as that stated on the listing so there will be no delay in you receiving your order.
