RETURNS We value our customers and in the unlikely event that an item(s) is not suitable you may return it to us as new in original packaging within 7 days of receipt, for a refund of the cost of the item(s) only. The buyer must notify us through “contact seller” of the intent to return an item(s) within 7 days and once the return is agreed the goods must be returned immediately after notification at the buyers own expense. If returning an item(s) for a refund or exchange without it being faulty it must be unused, in resalable condition in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) is not in a resalable condition. Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded. A refund will only be issued once the item is returned and tested and proven to be faulty. If an incorrect item was received in error please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange the return of this item and send the correct item. When an item is returned to us from Royal Mail or from a courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to redeliver or collect by the buyer, we will resend the item when the full cost of redelivery is made.
