Situated in the village of Llansaint between Ferryside and Kidwelly on the Carmarthenshire coastline, this detached dormer bungalow enjoys a superb skyline position.
The location will dazzle you with unspoilt rolling countryside and stunning coastline views of the Gower peninsular and the South Pembrokeshire coast.
The seaside village of Ferryside is a 5 minute drive while Pembrey Country Park with 500 acres and 8 miles of golden sands is only a 10 minute drive.
The town of Llanelli and historic town of Carmarthen are only 10 miles either side with their extensive shopping centres. The tourist resorts of Laughne, Amroth, Temby and Saundersfoot are all within a 30 minute drive. The cottage is also ideally positioned for Pembrey Motorsport Circuit and Ffos-Las all weather racecourses, both are 5 miles away.
A short Commute will take you to Pembrokeshire and all the attractions it offers or the heart of Carmarthenshire for more of the country activitys or the hussle and bussle from the vibrant City of Swansea.
Some of the local attractions are Folly Farm, Botanical Gardens of Wales, Dinosaur park, several spell binding Castles, The LC Water Park and leisure complex, Oakwood, heatherton Adventure park, Bluestone, Gower peninsular, to name a few.
There are two pubs in the village that serve evening meals and Sunday lunch and for Local entertainment Carmarthen Bay Holiday resort and caravan park is 1 mile down the road - day passes are available.

The large comfortable SITTING ROOM has wooden flooring, comfortable leather sofas and chairs, sideboard, nest of tables, TV with DVD player and a music centre.
The large KITCHEN has sea views and a good range of fitted Shaker style units with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, Welsh dresser and a breakfast table and 4 chairs.
The adjacent DINING ROOM has French doors opening on to the large patio and is furnished with a dining table and 8 chairs. There is a CLOAKROOM with WC and basin.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.
BEDROOM 1 has a bay window and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2 has a distant sea view, double bed, bedside tables, drawers and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, TV and DVD player.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a fabulous Japanese Cedar wood soaking tub, power shower/body jet cubicle and two hand basins.
Stairs lead from the sitting room to the First floor and BEDROOM 4 which has superb sea views through the (locked for safety purposes) patio doors. The room is furnished with two 3' singles which can be zipped to make a 6' super king (please state which option you want when booking). There is a bedside chest with mirror and clothes hanging space. An en-suite bathroom will provide a small bath, WC and hand basin (available from early 2014).
GARDEN AND PARKING
There are superb coastal views from the patio and garden.
The back door leads out on to a large semi-circular patio and makes a perfect place for al-fresco dining.
Steps lead to the lawn and at the end of the garden is another decked patio area with a decking veranda with more stunning views of the coast.
There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars and a trailer if needed.

There is LPG heating throughout; this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other time (pay when booking please).
A cot, highchair and 2 stair gates are provided.
Towels can be hired at £3 per guest.
Two well behaved pets are welcome - no larger than a labrador. Pets to stay on tiled floors. Pet bed provided.
