I bought this book for my 9 ( nearly 10 year old) as she is learning about growing up at school and is a bit uncomfortable with it we read it a few days ago and it's really helped her to feel a bit better about things. It's a really good book easy for her to read and understand. Well worth the money

The detailed, labelled picture of a vagina and clitoris isn't what I want her to know about just yet, neither is the subject of shaving her legs. Reproduction and puberty yes, the othervstuff no.
