Warnings About Part Variations?
When checking your vehicle's compatibility, you may see a warning saying that reads part variations exist.....
In these cases, despite matching the vehicles make, model, year, and engine size, this part is still not guaranteed to be correct for the vehicle.
To see the other variations, use our vehicle part finder and compare the options by carefully reading the notes and double checking details like engine/model codes.
Sometimes vehicle details alone, are not enough to accurately narrow down the correct part, and in these cases you will need to physically inspect and/or measure the part already installed.

1} 7-DAY RETURN PERIOD:-
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and return the goods for a full refund, including the original postage and packing charges.
This applies only if buyer is in the EU and is non-vat registered.
Returns request must be made in writing via ebay message or by emailing email@example.com, within 7 days from the day the goods were received.
The buyer must pay for return costs, if any of the following applies:
a) 'change of heart' and/or goods are no longer required
b) the item is a 'Part Option' warning, i.e. Part Option Note is mentioned in the compatibility table which is located on the ebay's item page.
c) the buyer bought the wrong item by mistake
We will pay for the return costs if any of the following applies:
a) the buyers feels there is a fault with the item - in this case we will request more details like the name of the installer, the mileage, and the nature of the fault.
b) the item was confirmed via email as being correct for the buyer's vehicle prior to purchase
2} ITEM NO LONGER REQUIRED:-
Return the item to our address.
We will refund price paid for the item minus the price of shipping the item.
We can collect goods from Mainland UK addresses for £12.
Buyers who return items after 14 days from date of delivery will be subject a 20% handling charge.
In this case the buyer would receive a refund of the price of the item minus 20% Handling Fee and minus original delivery charges.
3} INCORRECT PART
In order to establish the reason for the wrong part - UK customers must provide us with the vehicle full registration ; overseas customers must provide chassis number/VIN number.
a) There is NOT a 'Part Variation' warning note mentioned in item decription (i.e. Notes Column in Vehicle Compatibility Table).
b) The wrong part was due to error/s in our item desciption/catalogue
Action - Case 1:
We will either offer to organise UK customers a swap for the correct part or a full refund (including initial and return shipping cost).
a) The item decription (i.e. Notes Column in Vehicle Compatibility Table) mentions a 'Part Variation'
b) The part was NOT confirmed as correct for your vehicle via email PRIOR to purchase.
Action - Case2
Return postage/courier costs will NOT be reimbursed/refunded UNLESS the part was verified by our staff as being correct for your vehicle via email prior to purchase.
We do offer a £10 'SWAP IT' service for Mainland UK - the wrong part is collected and the correct part is delivered. If there is a difference in price for the correct part, you will be refunded or invoiced appropriately.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging/box. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the item or item's packaging is damaged
Refund requests should be lodged within 14 days of receipt of goods in order to receive a full refund on the price of the goods.
6) CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM:
For NON-UK customers all parts should be verified as correct by us via email before purchase in order to warrant any refund or exhange.
