Standard Delivery Time
All standard deliveries* are made during Monday - Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on our website. For standard delivery times lead times, please refer to individual product delivery lead times. For Scottish Highlands and non mainland UK, please allow extra 2-3 days delivery on advertised delivery lead times.
*Small Item delivered by Royal Mail may arrive on Saturday.
Small Items - Via Royal Mail
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail and may require a signature upon delivery.
Medium & Large Items - Via Courier
The couriers will attempt delivery at your address, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt. Goods delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.
Extra Large Items - Via Pallet Transport Company
Bathroom247 customer support team or our transport company will call you to arrange delivery of your purchase, this will be within 48 hours of purchase, and you will be able to arrange a suitable day for your delivery. Goods delivered by our transport company will require a signature upon delivery.
Due to the fragile nature of extra large items, all items must be checked for any obvious sign of damage before you sign for the goods. Any items with obvious sign of damage must be refused and sign for as damaged.
Damage in Transit – Small, Medium & Large Items
All Goods delivered within UK and Ireland is insured against damage in transit. We can not consider any claims for damage after 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure all items are checked in full by your self. Any damages will need to be notified to Bathroom247 within 7 days of delivery either by contacting customer support by telephone or email. If we are not notified regarding damage within 7 working days of delivery, Bathroom247 are unable to claim from either Transport Company or the manufacturer.
By accepting to purchase from Bathroom247, you agree to indemnify us in full for any losses Bathroom247 suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Damage in Transit – Extra Large Items

Collection
Bathroom247 is an online specialist company, unfortunately we do not offer collection service due to health and safety regulations enforced at our distribution warehouse.
