CONTACTING US: The only way to contact us is via eBay message, we do not reply to e-mail. When sending a message with a question or referring to your order please ensure you send the message from the actual "contact seller" link in the listing from where you have purchased, otherwise we will not be able to chase your order efficiently.

OPENING/COLLECTION TIMES: Our office hours are: 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm Saturday. We are closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm and are not open on Sundays or bank holidays. We have a detailed FAQ (frequently asked questions) board that can be accessed from the "message the seller" link, this will answer the majority of standard questions for you.

30 DAY WARRANTY: All items unless stated otherwise carry a 30 day warranty with inclusive free experienced technical support via ebay message. Returns are dealt with on a return to base policy, if we are made aware of the problem within the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or replace in the first instance, if we are unable to do either we will refund you. If you have to return the item please ensure it is packed correctly and with everything it was sent with, plus a short note describing the problem and the eBay reference/item number.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTED: All electric items sold by us are tested for electrical safety, then labelled and recorded onto the engineers log sheet with the date the PAT (portable appliance test) was carried out and all subsequent tests depending upon the type of equipment used to test.

COLLECTIONS: For those that prefer to collect we provide an onsite collection service, you do not need to contact us to collect. Of course when collecting the postage charge is not due, although there is a £2 administration fee per visit to the warehouse to help offset the cost of the personnel employed to provide this service. With items that are collection only the service charge is waived. PLEASE NOTE, due to a few unscrupulous buyers who instigated a chargeback (on the grounds we had no tracking information as they had collected!) collections are now on a cash only basis.

We only use national* couriers such as CityLink, Fastway, 1st class Royal Mail etc to get your goods quickly and safely right to your doorstep. Any item will be shipped within the next working day of us receiving cleared payment*. You will always be informed of the date of dispatch via eBay.

POSTAGE INSURANCE: When you receive your item please ensure you check the outer packaging for damage before signing, as once the package is signed for insurance renumeration is much harder to achieve.

*Please note if you are off the UK mainland the item may take an extra 2-4 days to arrive and you will incur an extra fee for transport over water, please ask us for a quote before buying.
