service but it does not need a signature.
(You can request a
signature if you want that level of service)
One of the features is that
we can instruct the post service to leave the parcel in a safe place (that you
have told us about) if no one is going to be home to accept the parcel.
If here is no safe place
they should take it back to the sorting office and leave you a card as normal.
You then collect or
rearrange redelivery.
If as with Recorded Post if
it’s not collected it will be returned to TZ Trading!
You will then need to send
addition postage before it can be reposted.
If additional postage is not sent any
refunds will be minus the original postage used.

the high number of lost in post claims I will only use International
recorded post to send items to the new Eastern European EBay countries. Please contact me for

[5] Contract of Bidding If you bid for and win an item you are entering in to a legal and binding auction, if after you have won that item you will be expected to pay for it. Timewasters and non-communication after 7 days will be reported to Ebay and an unpaid dispute logged.

Postage & Packing
We Post items Mon to Fri (some times sat mornings) Courier dispatch Mon to Fri
Please note the postage costs are not just to cover shipping. It is also for the cost of administration, packaging and travel to and from the post office etc

[2] Items are packed in suitable packaging and sent first or second-class, parcel post or Courier as appropriate. We will notify you on the day of despatch. Please remember weekends and Bank holidays when leaving feedback
[3] We will acknowledge receipt of full payment by leaving for you email. Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day, after cleared payment. Monday to Friday
[4] we do not take any responsibility for damage or the loss of items in the mail. Items very rarely go astray. We do obtain proof of posting which we can send to you should your item go missing or is damaged in the post. But if you are worried then use the recorded post option.
[5] Do not sign for anything clearly damaged in transit as ok as you will not be able to claim compensation from the carrier for any damage.

Returns New Items
Postage Costs or return costs are non refundable under any circumstances. All Transportation costs relating to the return of goods is at the buyer?s expense.
All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with you the buyer.
This is put in place to allow you the consumer a closer inspection of the item first hand as you bought this item at a distance but also allows us the seller to be able to re sell the item as brand new. If the item is not resalable as new when returned we would not issue a refund.
Returns Used Items
Items listed as used are SOLD AS SEEN and there is no returns policy with used Items.
Our feedback tells you that we are honest sellers. If you have a problem or question then please e-mail us via the ebay messages system BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK so that we can sort it out.
Feedback will be automatically will be left when you leave yours. It is our way of knowing that you have received your item
