0) Style of base wigs

The wig nets of the new base wigs are much bigger than the old versions'.
They fit much better and comfortable than before.
By the new technology, the new base wigs are very easy to be styled and you can arrange them to most of the charactors you want to cosplay.
You can see an arranged image in Changable pictures, but you will received a new wig without our arrange.
*We only used brush to do the style, no wax, no cut.
 

1) When will my item(s) shipped?

Most of our products are in stock, so we can ship your item(s) as soon as your payment be cleared.
But not every product is available immediately(especially hot charawigs) so sometimes we need 2-20 days to prepare items before shipping.
If you need the product urgently, please ask us about the stock first before you buy.
You can use ebay message to ask us, or send email to "greatarchy@gmail.com", we will answer your question in 24 hours, if we do not answer your question, maybe we has not received your email, please send it to us again.

2) What kind of shipping method can I use?

We offer normal shipping(Hongkong registed airmail), EMS and DHL now.
The postage of normal shipping Airmail will only cost $8, and have a tracking number. We think it's the cheapest price on Ebay.
The postage of EMS and DHL will be different by countries. In the table here below you can find the price for your country.
We can now use normal shipping airmail to ship to Italy. But because normal shipping will cost long time, we suggest Italian customers use DPEX or DHL. Because many customers from Italy claimed that normal shipping airmail package never deliveried.
DPEX to Italy will cost $18 for 0.5kg. DHL will cost $ 25.
We can use DPEX to ship to Singapore and Philippine, it costs same postage as normal shipping airmail, but arrives in 2-3 days, and have much discount for combine shipping~.
If you want to change your shipping method, please purchase the item first, and then message us that you need which kind of shipping method, we will send you a total invoice. Please do not pay until we send you the total.

3) How can I get the tracking number?

We will send you a shipping information email when we finished the shipment. Please check your Ebay message box.
You can find your tracking number in your Ebay item page. Both AIRMAIL, EMS and DHL will have tracking numbers.

4) How long is the shipping time?

Airmail will cost 7-30 days, EMS 5-10 days and DHL will cost 3-7 days.

5) Do I get discount if I purchase more?

If you choose Airmail shipment method, it will be no discount.
If you choose EMS or DHL shipment method, we will tell you the exact cost of postage.

6) How can I choose EMS or DHL shipment method?

You can purchase item(s) first and tell us you need EMS or DHL shipping. We will send you a total invoice.

7) How about the wig size?

If your head size is under 63cm, we think you can wear our wigs.
But some of our special charawigs, such as Sailor moon, chibiusa, shinku and so on, have a full skin-top center part in back. So to be able to wear these wigs, your head size should be under 59cm.
Some customer says that our wigs are small, we need to say that our wigs are not small! You should to wear a wig cap before you wear the wig, and sometime it's not easy to wear a wig cap in a right way especially your own hair is long and thick.

 8) The wig is not like the picture!

We swear that all of our wigs are as described. Even we has already cut the wig for you. You still need some slightly arrange to make the wig looks more fit on you.
Please understand that.
Please know that the picture color can be a little different on different computer monitors. And please check the wig color in good light(best in sunshine).

9) How can I pay for the item?

We only Accept Paypal and Credit cards Payment via Paypal.
Please do the payment within 7 days. If you cannot pay within this period.please let us know, or else we will file an unpaid dispute and cancel the deal.
Buyers may use your credit cards pay through Paypal.

10) Have you got any wig cap or something like that?

You can also buy small items in cheap price
