Our standard rate delivery is Royal Mail TRACKED, we pick and ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (if you have special requirements please message us through eBay). Express delivery is by Parcelforce24 - Parcelforce collect our parcels at 1pm every day, cutoff for same day dispatch is 12pm midday. Overseas orders are sent by registered Airmail. All items are sent out in anti-static material where necessary, and packaged properly to survive the journey. Where possible we try to use recyclable materials to avoid landfill, this includes void-fill material.
Returning an Item:
To ensure rapid processing of returns please follow the guidelines below:
If unwanted/unsuitable please send us a message. However, we do NOT accept unwanted/unsuitable returns from businesses. If faulty; firstly get in touch via eBay messaging system for RMA before sending anything back to us. Please print the return documentation we send you and include it in your returned package. Please take your time to fill in as much information as is practical to assist with processing your RMA.
Please return the item in antistatic packaging (if it was sent out with either a silver coloured bag or pink anti-static bubble material, then it must be returned in this way). Where possible please use the same packaging as it was delivered. For new items, you must return the item in the manufacturer's original packaging. Returns are not accepted where items are insecurely packaged, and/or not in their antistatic bag where appropriate.We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for non faulty returns. This is to cover our time, postage fees and packaging costs.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Invoices - All our invoices are sent automatically to your eBay email address as a .pdf file. We do not send any paper invoices unless requested. All invoices show VAT separately where applicable. All non-EU shipments need to display the correct value of the item - you are responsible for any local import tax/duty applicable to your country. We cannot mark any items as a gift.
What is included? Unless mentioned in the description, there will be no other parts provided - E.g. motherboards will not be supplied with riser boards, memory, processors or anything else - what you see in the photo is what you will recieve. It is always recommended to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site, we may be able to assist with locating drivers if necessary although do not guarantee this as a condition of s. We do not provide any used power cables with any equipment. Complete systems will come without any operating system loaded unless mentioned in the listing.
Payment - We only accept PayPal for all eBay purchases with the exception of large orders out our discretion where we may accept bank transfer. If you want any order combining, please use the eBay messaging system to request a combined shipment price. PayPal e-cheques can take a considerable time to clear (often this runs into weeks rather than days) if your paypal payment is showing as pending, then this is usually the case - please contact us via ebay's messaging system if you wish to cancel this type of payment and pay by alternative methods.
VAT - all prices shown are fully inclusive of any UK tax where applicable. The price you see is the price that you will pay - there will be no surcharges, however, you may still be responsible for your local import tax for orders sent outside of the EC.

Data Protection - We never share any information with any third parties, and any data we hold about you is to allow us to process your order and comply with any legal regulations. We do not store any payment method information in any of our systems. If a machine is returned to us with personal data on board we have the facility to degauss the hard disk drives or perform a 3 pass wipe to remove said data.
Shipping - Most UK orders are free shipping, however there may be a delivery surcharge for heavier items sent to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, or any Islands. This will only apply to combined orders over 2kgs including packaging. The rate for European and worldwide orders is shown in the eBay shipping tab. eBay doesn't always show all the countries available - if your country is not shown, then the USA rate usually applies for shipping.
