We do not accept returns unless authorized in advance by Stephen Jacobs. This is because we sell clothing which is mostly brand new. We state sizes on all our listings. We cannot take back items from customers wearing our clothes and then wishing to return to us as they may be subject to bacteria and carrying contagious afflictions including kitchen smells all of which render the garments impossible for resale and therefore worthless. A restocking fee of £2.00 per item rising to £5 for shirts taken off their packaging and £10 for any item which costs over £90 will be levied if an item is to be exchanged/returned. Any returns once authorised MUST be sent Recorded Delivery back to us in Original Packaging with a note of: Request Username Email address Returns without the packaging cannot be accepted as they will not be creditable by our warehouse if items cannot be sent back in perfect state for resale.
