We understand, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've purchased.
The above information outlines when our return period begins, the length of our returns period and specifies who pays for the return postage costs. We do not accept returns outside of this time frame.
All items including Click & Collect orders must be returned to our returns address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe transit of all returned items.
All returns must be authorised by a PF Jones employee and accompanied with an RMA number.
If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly:
We will accept a return within the above time frame as long as the item is returned unused and in the original condition. Simply request a return on eBay or contact us so we can issue an RMA number.
If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item:

What happens once you receive my return?
Our returns department aims to inspect all returned items within 7 working days. Once inspected, if all is well, we will contact you regarding your refund. If there is a problem, we will contact you explaining the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
