Payment - All items must be paid within 7 days after auction end and/or Buy it Now (Without prior agreement).This will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute Case being opened with eBay. As most of our items are Buy it Now, Payment should be made straight away.

Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

Dispatch Times - We will always dispatch your item(s) within 24hrs of payment clearing, and usually the same day if Payment is cleared by 4pm Monday to Friday

Saturday Dispatch - We will also post on a Saturday at 11am if payment is cleared by 10am.

Returns Policy - All sales are final. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items with the exception of shipping errors and damaged goods.We will issue a replacement depending on our available stock. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. All returns must be intact, unused and in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage and will not be refunded or replaced. All returns must be accompanied by the required form, completed in full, which we will provide in electronic or paper form as required, as well as the original packaging in the case of damaged goods. No claims can be processed without this form, and in the case of damaged goods, without the original packaging. In the case of damaged goods, if possible a photograph of the damage should be included. Low or medium resolution photographs are acceptable.

Missing Items - Claims for missing items cannot be made until the following conditions are met

Inland UK - Deliveries including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Royal Mail allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items).

Europe - Royal Mail allow 20 working days for items to arrive at European destinations so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days have passed since the item was posted.

Rest of the World - Royal Mail allow 25 working days for items to arrive for the rest of the world so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 25 working days have passed since the item was posted.

We will issue a replacement after this tiime depending on our available stock. If a replacement is not available, an alternative will be offered or a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. All sales will be sent standard Royal Mail 1st Class delivery by default, but can be specified/upgraded/downgraded by the buyer at check out.
