Postage costs are for delivery to the zone 1, shown in yellow on the map below. If you wish your item to be delivered to a different zone please contact us for a price.

Delivery should normally be 1 - 3 working days from receipt of payment, most items are sent on next day delivery, however smaller items sent by royal mail may take slightly longer.

Please note that you should contact us as soon as possible if you have not received the item within 7 days.

We ensure that all products we send to customers are fully tested.

However, should there be a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can deal with your query. Please contact us before returning any item.

Please ensure you quote your eBay user ID when contacting us, we sell many products on a daily basis and therefore it is important we can determine who you are.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item, all returns should unused and in the original packaging complete with all accessories as supplied with the item, any free or additional items sent with the item should also be returned.  Returns are at the expense of the buyer. On receipt of the item the item will be checked and a refund made less the original carriage costs.
