All domestic items are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class unless specified or requested otherwise. International items are sent ‘Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For’ and a signature is required on delivery

On purchase of more than 1 pair of shoes, the subsequent pairs are dispatched at a 50% discount in postage. Kindly pay the full amount and an immediate refund of the difference will be issued into your Pay pal account.

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment and delivered within 5 working days. Please take into account that this does not include Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

·        Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt.

·        Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund or replacement as appropriate plus a refund of all postage costs.

·        We also accept returns for any other reason but postage costs will not be refunded and an exchange sent out will be subjected to a postage fee. We are however happy to send it out at a 50% discount of the original postage.

·       Returned items must be in an unworn condition with all tags attached as in the condition they were sent out. Please ensure that boxes are not crushed and it would be advisable to have proof of delivery. A refund or replacement will be issued only once we have received and inspected the goods.
