For eBay purchases, we accept unworn items in their original condition for a refund or exchange* if received back within 30 days of you receiving the item. When returning your item, please open a returns request via eBay and return with your completed returns form enclosed, stating whether you would like a refund or exchange*. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange* or refund which usually takes between 3-7 working days. We can only refund postage costs as per Consumer Contract Regulations or for footwear that is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Any items purchased on our website between 21st November 2016 and 23rd December 2016 will have up to and including the 23rd January 2017 to be returned to us in their original, unworn condition. Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
We advise you to send your shoes back via a recorded post service and get proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
If you would like an exchange*, OFFICE can arrange for delivery to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and OFFICE. When requesting an exchange*, please ensure you note all details (style number and size) on your returns form otherwise we will assume your order is cancelled and will refund you via PayPal.
We recommend you make a new purchase if the item is unsuitable as this is much quicker than exchanging*. We can then simply refund the returned item. Please note that it is not essential that you make a new purchase.
Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item. Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to OFFICE. When returning, please note your intention to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Standard delivery costs will be refunded if OFFICE are informed of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery, and then sent back to OFFICE within the next 14 days from that point. If an order is returned to us without notification within 14 days of receipt, then we'll only refund the delivery charge if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Returns are not accepted in OFFICE stores.
If you think we’ve sent you the wrong item, please double check the full description of the item on the listing, including the UK size before returning the product. We can only reimburse postage/delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong item. If we have made a mistake, please contact us via eBay messages so we can resolve the problem immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the item is used and simply unsuitable or does not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
*We cannot exchange any ex-display items returned to us as they are one off products – we can only exchange brand new items.
We’re really sorry you’ve had a problem with your item. In order for us to determine whether there is a fault or not, we would need to assess the item. Please send the item for assessment to the address provided previously with OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE written on it. (We recommend using a tracked service).
You will be required to enclose proof of purchase and a covering letter with details on why you believe there is a fault. Please also include your name, address and a daytime contact number. Assessments can take a maximum of 15 working days but are usually much faster than this. Should a fault be found, a refund/exchange will be offered and postage costs will be refunded also.
We’ve made international returns as easy as possible and have two options depending on which country you are returning from:
If you are returning from one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden or USA, you’ll be able to use OFFICE Returns with DPD. All you need is your order number, product code, size and your email address. Should you not live in one of the above countries, we’d suggest you use your local postal service. Please enclose your returns information and should you be requesting an exchange, please provide details of this.
