In our mens categories we stock a variety of hiking boots, dealer boots, casual shoes, flip flops and trainers.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the payment reaches us safely.  We’d advise you to send postal payments via recorded delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for payments lost or delayed.

We pride ourselves in our speedy delivery - so why not put us to the test.

Normally items are sent to your PayPal address via 1st Class Post and therefore should be with you within 48 hours of your payment being cleared.

Please note that if an item is marked ‘free delivery’ this will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which may mean a slightly longer delivery time – unless otherwise agreed.

For Overseas Shipping prices please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to give you a quote.

We’re really happy to exchange unwanted and unused items as long as it is within two weeks of purchase and providing you accept all postage costs.

If you simply need to exchange the item for another size or colour, please include in your return parcel, your eBay user ID and give us the details of the exchange item needed.

We do check every item sent out but in the unlikely event of a faulty item being shipped our ‘happy to help’ policy means we will exchange or refund the total cost of the , as soon as possible, but we guarantee within one month of purchase.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the return or exchange item is sent back in its original condition, with all tags etc attached.  We advise you send them back via recorded delivery to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept any responsibility for any lost or delayed items.
