You can buy with complete confidence from Orinoco Trader. We want you to be entirely satisfied every time you shop with us so we keep our returns policy as straight forward as possible.
You can return or exchange any FOOTWEAR product purchased from Orinoco Trader within 14 days from receiving them.
If you received the shoes and found you needed a bigger size or if you want a different colour or if you have simply changed your mind you can return the shoes to us for an exchange or a full refund. All that we ask is that they are in a saleable condition, i.e. The shoes have not been worn or damaged & the shoe box and packaging are returned. When you return any shoes please ensure you enclose your name, address & contact details.
Except where the goods being returned are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is buyers responsibility. If the goods are found to be faulty by our returns department we will arrange an immediate refund of Royal mail postage cost of returning the shoes to Orinoco Trader.
In the rare event of any problem please tell us. We aim to solve any problems quickly and fairly. We value our customers and will always try to help.
