If you are unhappy with your order, return it to us within 28 days and we will issue you with a full refund to the value of the goods or process an exchange.
You need to pay the postage for the goods to come back to us, unless they are faulty or not the goods requested.
Unsuitable goods must be returned in an unworn/unused state and must be sent back in their original box.
Once your goods have been received and are accepted back into stock please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
If your goods are faulty or not as ordered, please email email@example.com stating your order number and the nature of the problem.
