We always want our customers to be happy with the products and services that we provide. However, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 days refund and exchange policy. For refunds, you can return the item to the address on the invoice within 14 days and we will issue a refund once we receive the item. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you must inform us of your decision to return the item within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once we have received the item we will refund the cost of the item. Please note customers must pay for the cost of returning the item.
