Payment & Delivery

We accept payment by Paypal and will dispatch to a UK address within 2 working days of payment being received, items will be dispatched Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Your order will be delivered between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and is delivered by HDN. A signature is required for all deliveries. Please see the postage and payments tab above for specific rates by country. Please note that additional sales taxes and import duties such as customs and exiles may be applied to orders for delivery outside the European Union.

Payment for items won should be made through Paypal within 7 days of payment. Consolidated shipping is available on up to 10 items, but all items must still be paid for in the 7 day window given. Unfortunately if no payment is received within 7 days of the end of the auction then an unpaid item dispute will be opened.

Shoes are dispatched in their branded box, unless stated otherwise, inside sealed consignment bags.

We kindly ask that all customers ensure that they are using a Pay pal account with a ‘Confirmed Address’ status. Any items won by a bid from an ‘Unconfirmed Address’ Pay pal account will be subject to our standard fraudulent order checking, which could lead to a delay or even cancellation of your order.

Unfortunately; we are unable to deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if the item does not fit or is unsuitable you can return it for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.

Items must be returned, unworn, in a saleable condition* in their original box in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer boxf. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty (fault not stated at time of purchase) or the wrong item has been shipped.

*Saleable condition means that shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received as, unworn in their original box, with any original tags and packaging. When trying shoes on for size and fit, please wear indoors on a carpeted surface only.

When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service from the Post Office for your own safety. We are unable to accept a proof of postage receipt, as this is not proof of delivery. Please note that return postage costs will only be reimbursed if an item is deemed faulty, or if an incorrect item has been sent.

Unfortunately; items purchased from eBay cannot be returned to our high-street stores and can only be returned to our address above by post.
