When will my order ship?

Please refer to the 'Postage & Payments' tab on the item listing. This will provde a 'Domestic dispatch time'. In most cases this is 1 working day, however we have a small number of items that have a 2 working day dispatch time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Again, please refer to the 'Postage & Payments' tab on the item listing. For UK deliveries we offer both a standard and express delivery service. For international orders we offer a standard delivery service. International orders may take up to 15 days to arrive.

Which company will deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail for our standard UK deliveries, with DPD as both our UK express and international courier.

Will I receive a notification when my order ships?

Yes, our system updates your eBay order status the day we ship.

What can I do to ensure my order ships on the same day I order?

As long as we have received cleared payment for your order prior to 2 pm and the item has a 1 working day dispatch time we will endeavour to ship your order on the same working day. If you are a UK customer and also opt for our express delivery you will receive your order on the next working day.*

* Please note that orders placed before 2 pm on Friday with express delivery will not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed after 2 pm Friday until 2 pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns F.A.Q

In order to process a return please create a return request from within the Resolution Centre.

Please note that our returns policy is as follows:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and returned within 7 days of acceptance
• Items must be returned in as new condition, unworn and in their original packaging. This means returning all packaging, printed materials and/or parts supplied.
• Sealed items are non-returnable if the seal has been broken or removed. These items have tamper stickers to alert you of this prior to opening.
• Return postage costs for damaged or defective items will be reimbursed provided a valid VAT receipt is included with the returned item(s) or emailed to sales@partyprops.co.uk with the order number used as reference. Please note that we will reimburse upto the cost of Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For.
• The buyer is responsible for return costs under any other circumstances (change of mind, item does not fit, etc)

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges as part of the eBay returns process. If you would like a replacement procuct we advise that you purchase it separately.
