Please also provide as much information during checkout as it will make delivery of your items simpler for us and our carriers, for example: mobile number, delivery information.
Your delivery address should be up-to-date and correct when purchasing and please ensure that someone is available at your address to take delivery of the product. Deliveries are via Royal Mail and usually take place Monday-Friday 9am-7pm.
When we dispatch your item you will receive a tracking number via email so you can view the status of your delivery via Royal Mail's Track and Trace Service, of which, a link will be provided.

Description: As each garment is printed to order, we cannot accept returns where an incorrect size, spelling or colour has been ordered or where a garment is no longer required. Please refer to the product size-guide listed above before ordering and check all spelling is correct.

- FREE RETURNS: Personalised items can only be returned if faulty or misspelled and the original spelling on the customers order is correct. Should this happen please Contact Us with your reason for return, Name, Address, and Order Number.
- Postage for returns in the instance of faults or incorrect spelling by Cuzhy will be paid by the buyer, but will be refunded by Cuzhy on inspection of the goods. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging, orders returned without following this procedure may not be refunded.
Cuzhy Embroidery & Print accept the following payment methods -
1.Paypal immediate payments - taken directly from your Paypal balance or credit/debit card.
2.Paypal eCheques - taken from your bank account within 3-10 days.
Setting up a PayPal account is simple and requires a valid debit/credit card and email address. This method of payment adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind for our customers, whom Paypal guarantee up to £500 buyer protection when ordering anything from eBay.
Making a payment couldn't be easier:

2. Follow through eBay's checkout process ensuring that both your shipping address and contact telephone number is up-to-date.
3. Next step is to Click Pay Now.
4. You will then be redirected to Paypal where you would log in with your email address and password.

Please be aware that if you are paying via Paypal eCheque that your order will not be processed until full payment has reached our account. All items are custom made to order and as such require pre-payment.
Please also note that PayPal can hold a payment under review for up to 24 hrs - entirely at their discretion. While this could affect your order turnaround time - Cuzhy Emroidery & Print will keep you fully informed if your order is delayed in any way.
We ship to the address you have listed in eBay not Paypal and we ask that all payments be made within 48 hours of you making a Buy It Now purchase.

Terms and conditions
From time to time we cancel orders for the following reasons:
- The item is out of stock
- We cannot ship the item to the specified country
- Customer/Client has not supplied us with required size, garment colour and personalisation details.
Note: Every effort will be made to retrieve this information and cancellation will only occur should our attempts be unsuccessful.
Under these circumstances we will always contact the buyer and issue an immediate refund via the original payment method. We will also start the eBay item cancellation process to recover our eBay fees. Your cooperation in this process would be appreciated. Delivery – Royal Mail
All our items will be dispatched via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For Service unless otherwise requested or specified. At present we do not ship internationally.
Standard UK delivery times are 2-5 days following dispatch.
Wrong delivery address inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, or lost in the post, Cuzhy Embroidery & Print cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Items lost in transit
Unfortunately from time to time items become delayed in the post. Items shipped via the Royal Mail are not considered to be lost before 15 working days for UK deliveries. We are unable to address these issues until after this period has elapsed.
Wrong item received
If you have received the wrong item we are sorry that this has ocurred please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you asap. We do however require that the wrong item be returned to us before sending out any replacement, in which case we would refund return postage costs.
If the wrong item has been delivered please inform us within 7 days of receiving it.
Specifications, Colour, Weights and Sizes
All sizes and weights are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to limitations associated with photography and calibrations of different output devices. If you have any questions about the colour or size of an item please contact us.
As each garment is printed to order, we cannot accept returns where an incorrect size, spelling or colour has been ordered or where a garment is no longer required.
If the returned item is found to be used, damaged or the packaging (internal or external) not suitable for re sale - then any refund or exchange will be refused and the items will only be returned to the customer once all shipping costs are paid.
