Payment can be made on the website. If you like a product and would like to purchase then select qty, size and colour (if applicable) and click on the “Add To Basket” button. Your items will be added to the basket which you can see in the top right side of the page. If you are ready to purchase click on the button “Checkout Now” next to the basket. Follow the steps through the checkout to confirm your purchase. If you change your mind at anytime, don’t worry, simply delete the item(s) within the checkout stage. Payment will be made via our secure 3rd party payment system, Sagepay. We accept major debit/credit cards including Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Paypal. You may be asked to provide details for 3D secure. This is a requirement by your bank or building society to ensure that you are the card holder. If you are unsure about this we would recommend that you contact your bank or building society. UK Delivery Only: Ј3.95 (standard delivery 2-5 working days). Northern Ireland: Ј7.95 (standard delivery 2-5 working days). Please Note: Customers ordering from Ireland or the Channel Islands are charged at a standard rate of Ј25. Please refer to our delivery guidelines for further information. BFPO addresses - We can deliver items up to 1.2kg (including packaging). If you order is made before 1pm weekdays (excluding bank holidays) will aim to dispatch the same day. Delivery will occur within 2 - 5 working days of dispatch and may require a signature. Our delivery providers are Parcelforce, Royal Mail and City Link.

If you are not completely happy with your item we are happy to refund your item if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund for the item providing it is returned to us in its original selling condition within 28 days of the purchase date. Please notify us via e-mail at sales@thisitsitstores.co.uk stating in the subject line “RETURNS”. We will then send you a returns form to complete to accompany your item.
