Payment and Delivery

We try to make shopping on our site as easy as possible. Just browse our site and search by brand name or item type. When you find an item you like simply add to the basket and when you have finished shopping go to checkout.

We use paypal as our primary payment mode as we feel that this offers a safe and reliable way to purchase online with minimal risk to you the buyer. However if you do not have a paypal account we are happy to take cheques, postal orders and bank transfers by prior arrangement – just send us an email (info@kitwizard.com) and we will provide further details.

Postage costs will be displayed on the final checkout page. We do keep postage charges to a minimum and to this end we use a number of couriers especially for our larger and international parcels. The vast majority of our uk packages are sent via royal mail however. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receiving your order (within the uk).  Occasionally however we may experience unexpected problems with stock availability, in these circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery – if this situation does arrive we will contact you within 5 days to inform you of the possible delay.

If you are ordering from overseas then we will dispatch within the same time frame however we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Please contact us to ask about delivery options – royal mail are commonly cheapest but can take considerably longer than other couriers. Overseas items sent by royal mail are not considered ‘lost’ until 25 days after the item has been dispatched (as per royal mail policy).

Exchange and Returns Policy We very much hope that you will be satisfied with any products you have purchased on our website. However should you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 15 days of the date you receive the item. We adopt a common sense approach to exchange and returns and are always happy to come to a suitable agreement. Please contact us by phone or email (sales@kitwizard.com) prior to returning any items for exchange or refund for a return delivery address and returns number. In order to refund or exchange we must receive the item in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging complete with tags. We will refund the cost of the product minus a restocking fee of 10%. The delivery charge is non-refundable. . Replacement items will incur further postage costs. Please note that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund or replacement. If any item has to be returned to us because of error on our part or because of faulty goods we will refund the total cost of the item and postage charges or will replace the item with no further cost to yourself. This does not affect your statutory rights.
