Buyers should pay promptly within 7 days of close of auction. Non paying bidders will be contacted via email if they do not pay within this 7 days period. If buyers still do not pay, an 'Unpaid item dispute' will be started against you.

I will endeavour to post items out to you the day after payment has been made but always within 3 days of close of payment being made. All items are securely posted using appropriate packaging materials to ensure that they arrive in a safe & secure condition

Items can be returned for a refund as long as they are returned within 7 days and in the same condition as when they were posted to you. Refunds are given at my discretion
Refunds will be given for items lost in the post. When a refund for lost items is made, we will claim our losses back from Royal Mail. In order to do this, your details including names & addresses will be passed onto them & held on their databases. If it is found out at a later date that the claim was made fraudulently (Postal Fraud), an investigation can be carried out by the Royal Mail & the relevant authorities. If it is deemed that the claim was fraudulent, offenders can be charged with Postal Fraud & theft & receive the appropriate action being taken against them
Due to some unscrupulous buyers returning items that were not the one's that were originally posted to them, I have had to go to the extreme measure of security marking everything I sell. Please bear this in mind when thinking of returning an item back to me

There is always an answer or resolution to a problem you may have with your item
I will always endeavour to describe all items that I offer for sale as clearly & as accurately as possible. If however you do notice any kind of anomaly in the description or image of any item that I am currently selling, it would be greatly appreciated that you could inform me about this, allowing me to amend or rectify any oversight that I may have made. This makes the buying experience for all buyers concerned as positive as is possible.
Can I also clarify to all those buyers who ‘moan’ to me about postage. When I work out postage, the price you pay does not just cover the price that the post office is going to charge me. It also covers packaging such as envelopes, bubble wrap, sellotape, wrapping paper, etc, etc as well as the time it takes me to process & pack the item. This includes the time it takes me to go to the post office & queue up!!!
Postage prices are always made clear in the item description. Buyers have the ‘choice’ of placing a bid on an item & hopefully taking the price of postage into account before placing a bid. Please do not moan at me once you've won an item, it’s been posted to you & then complain that I charged you too much postage!!! Please think about the overall cost of posting an item to you. Hopefully that clears that up!!!
